This solid state amp is in great condition. Has a 12” speaker and works great. Sounds somewhere between a fender and a vox. Comes with built in reverb and tremelo, which was uncommon for that time period. The brand went through many changes which you can read about below. This particular model has four knobs instead of five and this make is unknown to the offical univox.
